Cancellations

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order call our customer care at +91 9884266570. If the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. Instead, you will have to raise an exchange request once you receive the order.

Exchange

1. Please note we provide 7-day exchange for orders placed online on Sonalfashion.com and shipped within India. If 7 days have gone by since the date you receive your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. Please note that in case of an exchange the customer will have to ship the product back to us. 

2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange.

3. Customers can also exchange products by visiting our stores within 7 days. The product should be unused & tags have to be intact. Customers are requested to carry bill with them.

4. For minor colour and design variationsin the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.
